Product Service & Repair Policy
Tools that are covered by warranty will be serviced at no charge to the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Defective parts are not returned.
Tools with known or proven manufacturer's defects will be covered under warranty.
Out-of warranty tools that can be repaired will be refurbished with new circuit boards, transducer, and will be re-calibrated. Tools exhibiting "customer abuse" can be repaired for a fee if the housing is reusable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. To ensure as-new performance, all repaired tools are re-calibrated. This is our final verification that the tool functions within its specifications over the entire pressure and temperature range.
Refurbished tools are warranted for ninety days.

All products being returned to Canada Tech must contain a RMA number. A RMA number should be requested for each tool being returned using the RMA Form prior to shipping the tool to Canada Tech. Once the RMA form is received by Canada Tech, a RMA number will be assigned to each tool in your case and forwarded to you.
Once the RMA number is received, please write it on the printed copy of the RMA Form and send a copy along with the Failure Report to Canada Tech with the tool. Ensure you follow the appropriate shipping instructions below based on your location.
We ask that you do not ship the tool with any lithium batteries, since lithium batteries are considered dangerous goods and could delay the delivery of the tool.
