IROC Energy Services Corp. Announces Sale of Canada Tech Division
July 14, 2011IROC Energy Services Corp. ("IROC" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: ISC) announces it has sold the business assets (excluding cash, accounts receivable and accounts payable) and business of its Canada Tech division ("Canada Tech") for cash consideration of approximately $4.8 million to a wholly owned subsidiary of Reservoir Group Limited ("Reservoir Group").
