Unibody Carriers
The custom designed non-welded carrier works with Canada Tech’s Permanent Monitoring Tool and is easy to assemble. Installed into a tubing string, the non-welded carrier has all metal-to-metal seals. The tensile strength of the non-welded carrier is equal to or greater than that of the tubing.
Many aspects of the non-welded carrier, from choice of material, thread connection and tubing size, is custom designed specifically to customer needs.
Welded Carriers
The Welded Carrier is designed to suit client application requirements. Manufactured with standard, customer specified tubing or casing pup joints, the carrier provides a secure mounting position for the downhole sensor and protects the gauge installed in a tubing string.
We offer two types of welded carrier assemblies:
- Internal sensing
- Annulus sensing
The Welded Carrier is available in an assortment of metals and dimensions to accommodate a diversity of completions.
