Downhole Sensors
Canada Tech’s downhole sensors can be installed as:
- Tubing Conveyed: the downhole permanent gauge can be mounted to the side of production tubing or casing and can be integrated with a carrier for measuring tubing & annuals pressure.
- Suspended: the gauge can also be installed by running it in on tubewire with sinker bars so that it is freely suspended inside of coiled or production tubing.
The surface readout unit of all our sensors provides power to and receives data transmissions from the downhole sensor on the same single conductor. Surface readout unit options include the Memory & Pressure Display Unit, RTU Interface or Modbus Interface.
