Wellhead Feed-Thru

Wellhead Feed-Thru

The CSA/UL Class 1 Div 1 approved Wellhead Feed-Thru allows the Tubewire to exit the wellhead while maintaining pressure integrity.

The Wellhead Tubewire Feed Thru provides a degree of strain relief in conjunction with a solid pressure seal. The sealing areas are metal-to-metal with O-Ring backups. The Wellhead Feed-Thru maintains its seal even if the Tubewire is compromised downhole.

The Wellhead Feed-Thru features a welded metal-glass feed-thru. Tell-tale ports allow for gas to escape from the Wellhead Feed-Thru during disassembly before the assembly is mechanically disengaged for safety purposes. The turnbuckle design allows the assembly to be made-up without having to twist any wires.

With standard 1/2" NPT thread connections, the Wellhead Tubewire Feed-thru is very simple to install and easy to connect to the Tubewire.

*Wellhead Feed Thru kits include:

  • One wellhead Feed Thru device
  • One 90° Appleton junction box
  • One Teck connector

Non-Wellhead Feed-Thru

Non-Wellhead Feed-Thru

A Non-Wellhead Feed-Thru is a tubewire termination device that is mounted in a location other than at the wellhead. This type of termination can maintain its seal even if the tubewire were to become compromised downhole.

Assemblies include all the hardware necessary to terminate the tubewire, including crush ring, bushing, connectors, 90° junction box (explosion-proof), and Feed-Thru.
